Easy Trade («biz») forex bozori bo'yicha savdo signallarini taqdim etadigan mobil ilova. Ushbu siyosat qanday ma'lumotlarni yig'ishimiz, ulardan nima uchun foydalanishimiz va sizning huquqlaringiz haqida.

1. Biz yig'adigan ma'lumotlar

  • Hisob ma'lumotlari: email manzilingiz va parolingiz (parol bizda ochiq ko'rinishda saqlanmaydi, uni Google Firebase Authentication himoyalaydi). Google orqali kirsangiz, Google bizga email manzilingizni beradi.
  • Profil: rol (foydalanuvchi/admin), ro'yxatdan o'tgan va oxirgi marta ilovada bo'lgan vaqt, bildirishnoma sozlamasi.
  • Obuna: tarif, tugash sanasi, sinov muddati ishlatilgani. Sinov takrorlanmasligi uchun emailning qaytarib bo'lmaydigan (xesh) izi saqlanadi.
  • Xaridlar: Google Play orqali olingan obuna haqida ma'lumot (tarif, muddat, xarid belgisi). Karta ma'lumotlaringiz bizga berilmaydi: to'lovni faqat Google Play qayta ishlaydi. Promo-kod kiritsangiz, kod va uning natijasi (tarif, muddat) saqlanadi.
  • Savdo jurnali: o'zingiz kiritgan yozuvlar (juftlik, narxlar, izoh). Ular faqat sizga ko'rinadi.
  • Chat: Pro obunachi sifatida administratorga yozgan xabarlaringiz va uning javoblari. Ularni faqat siz va administrator ko'radi.
  • Umumiy chat: Pro obunachilar chatiga yozgan xabarlaringiz va tanlagan ismingiz (nik). Ular chat a'zolariga ko'rinadi. Elektron pochtangiz boshqalarga ko'rsatilmaydi.
  • Qurilma: bildirishnomalar yuborish uchun push-token va Firebase texnik jurnallari (IP manzil, qurilma turi), xavfsizlik va suiiste'molni oldini olish uchun.
  • Xatolik hisobotlari: ilova to'xtab qolsa, Firebase Crashlytics texnik ma'lumot yuboradi (qurilma modeli, Android versiyasi, ilova versiyasi, xatolik izi). Bu faqat ilovani tuzatish uchun ishlatiladi.
  • Qurilma identifikatori: kunlik bepul signal limitini adolatli hisoblash uchun qurilma identifikatori (Android ID) qaytarib bo'lmaydigan xesh ko'rinishida saqlanadi. Reklama uchun ishlatilmaydi.

2. Ma'lumotlardan foydalanish maqsadi

  • hisobingizni yuritish va tizimga kirishni ta'minlash;
  • signallarni ko'rsatish, obuna huquqlarini (bepul kunlik signallar yoki Pro) boshqarish;
  • xaridlarni Google Play orqali tasdiqlash, promo-kodlarni qabul qilish va obunani faollashtirish;
  • yangi signal va obuna haqidagi bildirishnomalarni yuborish (sozlamalarda o'chirish mumkin);
  • xavfsizlik, soxta hisoblar va suiiste'molning oldini olish.

3. Uchinchi tomonlar

Ma'lumotlar Google LLC xizmatlarida (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, App Check, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play Billing va Google Sign-In) bizning nomimizdan qayta ishlanadi. Biz ma'lumotlaringizni sotmaymiz, reklama tarmoqlariga bermaymiz va ilovada reklama yo'q. Qonun talab qilganda ma'lumotlar vakolatli organlarga berilishi mumkin.

4. Saqlash joyi

Ma'lumotlar Google serverlarida, asosan Yevropada (Firestore: eur3, funksiyalar: europe-west1) saqlanadi. Google xizmat ko'rsatish uchun boshqa mamlakatlarda ham ma'lumotlarni qayta ishlashi mumkin.

5. Saqlash muddati va o'chirish

Ma'lumotlaringiz hisobingiz mavjud ekan saqlanadi. Hisobni ilovaning o'zida o'chirishingiz mumkin: Sozlamalar → Hisobni o'chirish. Shunda profilingiz, savdo jurnalingiz va kirish hisobingiz butunlay o'chiriladi. Buxgalteriya va nizolarni hal qilish uchun zarur bo'lgan xaridlar haqidagi yozuvlar va sinov takrorlanmasligi uchun xesh iz qonun doirasida saqlanib qolishi mumkin. 6. Sizning huquqlaringiz

Siz o'z ma'lumotlaringizga kirish, tuzatish, o'chirish yoki bildirishnomalarni o'chirishni so'rashingiz mumkin. Buning uchun ilova sozlamalaridan foydalaning yoki support@easytradelive.com manziliga yozing.

7. Bolalar

Ilova 18 yoshga to'lmaganlar uchun mo'ljallanmagan. Biz voyaga yetmaganlardan ongli ravishda ma'lumot yig'maymiz.

8. Xavfsizlik

Ma'lumotlar uzatishda shifrlanadi, ularga kirish Firestore xavfsizlik qoidalari bilan cheklangan: foydalanuvchi faqat o'z profili va jurnalini ko'radi, obuna holatini faqat server o'zgartiradi. Hech bir tizim 100% himoyalanmagan, shuning uchun mutlaq kafolat bera olmaymiz.

9. Moliyaviy ogohlantirish

Ilovadagi signallar moliyaviy maslahat emas. Savdo katta xavf bilan bog'liq, kapitalingizning bir qismini yoki hammasini yo'qotishingiz mumkin. Signallar foyda kafolatlamaydi.

10. O'zgarishlar

Siyosat yangilanishi mumkin. Yangi versiya shu sahifada e'lon qilinadi va yuqoridagi sana o'zgaradi.

Easy Trade («мы») — мобильное приложение с торговыми сигналами по рынку Forex. Эта политика объясняет, какие данные мы собираем, зачем используем и какие у вас есть права.

1. Какие данные мы собираем

  • Данные аккаунта: адрес электронной почты и пароль (пароль не хранится у нас в открытом виде, его защищает Google Firebase Authentication). При входе через Google мы получаем ваш email от Google.
  • Профиль: роль (пользователь/админ), время регистрации и последнего посещения приложения, настройка уведомлений.
  • Подписка: тариф, дата окончания, факт использования пробного периода. Чтобы пробный период нельзя было получить повторно, сохраняется необратимый (хеш) след email.
  • Покупки: сведения о подписке, оформленной через Google Play (тариф, срок, идентификатор покупки). Данные вашей карты нам не передаются: платёж обрабатывает только Google Play. Если вы вводите промокод, сохраняются код и его результат (тариф, срок).
  • Торговый журнал: записи, которые вы вносите сами (инструмент, цены, заметки). Они видны только вам.
  • Чат: сообщения администратору (для подписчиков Pro) и его ответы. Их видите только вы и администратор.
  • Общий чат: ваши сообщения в чате подписчиков Pro и выбранное имя (ник). Их видят участники чата. Ваш email другим не показывается.
  • Устройство: push-токен для отправки уведомлений и технические журналы Firebase (IP-адрес, тип устройства) для безопасности и защиты от злоупотреблений.
  • Отчёты об ошибках: при сбое приложения Firebase Crashlytics отправляет технические данные (модель устройства, версия Android, версия приложения, трассировка ошибки). Они используются только для исправления приложения.
  • Идентификатор устройства: для честного учёта дневного лимита бесплатных сигналов идентификатор устройства (Android ID) хранится в необратимом хеше. Для рекламы не используется.

2. Для чего мы используем данные

  • ведение аккаунта и вход в приложение;
  • показ сигналов и управление правами доступа (бесплатные сигналы дня или Pro);
  • подтверждение покупок через Google Play, приём промокодов и активация подписки;
  • отправка уведомлений о новых сигналах и подписке (их можно отключить в настройках);
  • безопасность, защита от фейковых аккаунтов и злоупотреблений.

3. Третьи стороны

Данные обрабатываются от нашего имени в сервисах Google LLC (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, App Check, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play Billing и Google Sign-In). Мы не продаём ваши данные, не передаём их рекламным сетям, в приложении нет рекламы. По требованию закона данные могут быть переданы уполномоченным органам.

4. Где хранятся данные

Данные хранятся на серверах Google, преимущественно в Европе (Firestore: eur3, функции: europe-west1). Google может обрабатывать данные и в других странах для предоставления сервиса.

5. Сроки хранения и удаление

Данные хранятся, пока существует ваш аккаунт. Аккаунт можно удалить прямо в приложении: Настройки → Удалить аккаунт. Тогда ваш профиль, торговый журнал и учётная запись для входа удаляются полностью. Записи о покупках, необходимые для бухгалтерского учёта и разрешения споров, и хеш-след для защиты от повторного пробного периода могут сохраняться в рамках закона. 6. Ваши права

Вы можете запросить доступ к своим данным, их исправление, удаление или отключить уведомления. Для этого используйте настройки приложения или напишите на support@easytradelive.com.

7. Дети

Приложение не предназначено для лиц младше 18 лет. Мы сознательно не собираем данные несовершеннолетних.

8. Безопасность

Данные шифруются при передаче, доступ к ним ограничен правилами безопасности Firestore: пользователь видит только свой профиль и журнал, статус подписки меняет только сервер. Ни одна система не защищена на 100%, поэтому мы не можем дать абсолютных гарантий.

9. Финансовое предупреждение

Сигналы в приложении не являются финансовой рекомендацией. Торговля связана с высоким риском, вы можете потерять часть или весь свой капитал. Сигналы не гарантируют прибыль.

10. Изменения

Политика может обновляться. Новая версия публикуется на этой странице, дата выше изменится.

Privacy Policy

Easy Trade (“we”) is a mobile app that provides trading signals for the forex market. This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, and what rights you have.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: your email address and password (we never store your password in readable form; it is protected by Google Firebase Authentication). If you sign in with Google, Google provides us with your email address.
  • Profile: role (user/admin), registration time, the time you were last active in the app, and your notification setting.
  • Subscription: plan, expiry date, and whether the free trial was used. To prevent repeat trials, we keep an irreversible (hashed) trace of the email.
  • Purchases: information about a subscription bought through Google Play (plan, duration, purchase token). We never receive your card details: payments are processed only by Google Play. If you enter a promo code, the code and its result (plan, duration) are stored.
  • Trading journal: entries you write yourself (instrument, prices, notes). They are visible only to you.
  • Chat: messages you send to the administrator as a Pro subscriber and the replies. Only you and the administrator can see them.
  • Community chat: your messages in the Pro subscribers chat and the nickname you choose. They are visible to chat members. Your email is never shown to others.
  • Device: a push token used to deliver notifications, and technical Firebase logs (IP address, device type) used for security and abuse prevention.
  • Crash reports: if the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends technical data (device model, Android version, app version, error trace). It is used only to fix the app.
  • Device identifier: to count the daily free-signal limit fairly, the device identifier (Android ID) is stored as an irreversible hash. It is not used for advertising.

2. How we use data

  • to run your account and let you sign in;
  • to show signals and manage access rights (free daily signals or Pro);
  • to confirm purchases through Google Play, accept promo codes and activate subscriptions;
  • to send notifications about new signals and your subscription (you can turn them off in Settings);
  • for security and to prevent fake accounts and abuse.

3. Third parties

Data is processed on our behalf by Google LLC services (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, App Check, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play Billing and Google Sign-In). We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertising networks, and the app contains no ads. Data may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

4. Where data is stored

Data is stored on Google servers, mainly in Europe (Firestore: eur3, functions: europe-west1). Google may process data in other countries to provide the service.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account inside the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, your trading journal and your sign-in account. Purchase records needed for accounting and dispute resolution, and the hashed trace that prevents repeat trials, may be retained as permitted by law. Details: account deletion page.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or turn off notifications. Use the in-app settings or write to support@easytradelive.com.

7. Children

The app is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted by Firestore security rules: users can see only their own profile and journal, and subscription status can only be changed by the server. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot give absolute guarantees.

9. Financial disclaimer

Signals in the app are not financial advice. Trading involves high risk and you may lose part or all of your capital. Signals do not guarantee profit.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The new version will be published on this page and the date above will change.
